The fire classification requirements for wooden facades became stricter as a result of the decree adopted in November 2023. Siparila's products also meet the new requirements. On 10 November 2023, the European Commission adopted a delegated regulation (C(2023)7486) amending Commission Decision 2006/213/EC. The new decree defines in more detail the requirements for fire classifications of wood cladding, panels and battens and requires testing of all treated and/or modified wood products.  In the future, all processed wood products must be manufactured in accordance with the AVCP-3 system....
