Mid-coated panel with fire retardant treatment
Mid-coated SAFE panels are painted once in the factory, ensuring an elegant façade during construction. The industrial painting process speeds up the on-site painting work and reduces paint consumption during the final painting process. Industrial painting protects wood from the sun and water.
The fire-retardant treatment of the panels gives the wood effective protection against fire. Mid-coated fire-retardant panels meet the requirements of the fire safety class B-s1, do. The painted panels are traditionally fixed by nailing from the top. Nails or screws made of stainless steel must be used. As the nail heads remain visible on the final surface, the façade must be painted within 12 months of installation.
Mic-coated and fire-retardant panels are well-suited if the panels are to be traditionally nailed from the top. It is also well suited to the industrial production of house elements.
