Touch and See – During the training, you'll have the opportunity to compare a wide variety of authentic material samples.

How does a brushed surface feel compared to a sanded one? And how do surface treatments, heat treatments, or wood species affect the wood’s appearance, durability, and uses?
Come and experience the differences for yourself. During the training, you’ll have the opportunity to compare authentic material samples and gain hands-on knowledge of how different surface finishing and treatment solutions affect the appearance, feel, and technical properties of wood.
The training covers, among other things:
- sanded, brushed, and otherwise finished wood surfaces
- painted, stained, and wood-finished surface treatments
- Surface options for interior and exterior siding panels
- Properties Thermally modified
- Fire protection and other technical solutions
- EPD and other technical documentation required for the design.
