Thermory's owners and Siparila's board of directors have decided that the company's CEO, Janne Seilo, will step down from his position. The decision will take effect on August 10, 2026.
The decision is based on the Board of Directors’ assessment of the company’s current situation and the measures it requires. Siparila operates in a challenging business environment, and strengthening profitability and implementing the necessary changes will require a new approach to leadership and faster execution in the next phase.
Pekka Ijäs, Sales Director, will continue as Siparila’s acting CEO until the end of 2026. The company’s operations, customer service, and collaboration with partners will continue as normally as possible.
