Fire-retardant, Ready-painted TOPCOAT® cladding
Fire-retardant Cladding
TOPCOAT® offers a premium, ready-painted exterior cladding solution designed to meet the rigorous standards of fire class B-s1, d0. With its exceptional fire protection capabilities, TOPCOAT® allows for the safe use of wood in high-stakes buildings categorized as fire class P1. This includes impressive structures such as apartment blocks up to 56 meters tall, nursing homes, schools, and various public buildings. Choose TOPCOAT® for both safety and style in your construction projects.
The fire-retardant TOPCOAT® cladding offers effective protection against moisture and UV radiation. Its concealed fixing profile creates a nail-free façade, preventing moisture and other contaminants from penetrating through fixing marks. The concealed fixing can be done using either hooks or nails. For the installation of exterior cladding panels with hook fixing, we provide all necessary accessories, including starter hooks, a nailer, and a specialized nailer head to facilitate the alignment of the hooks.
TOPCOAT® panels are end-jointed, which allows for flexible extensions and reduces material waste on site. The exterior cladding panels are also quick to install in winter, as there is no need to paint the panels after installation.
The TOPCOAT® exterior cladding is available in six different profiles. We manufacture panels to order in all the shades of the exterior color charts. The maintenance interval for fire-retardant TOPCOAT® exterior panels is 10 years.
