At the Kerabit construction site, the practical functionality of the SILVER products was showcased in several areas. According to Toutain, there was a single deviation during the design phase when the spacing of the roof trusses turned out to be greater than expected.

"We had to make a compromise and place the board on top when the board thickness was 22 mm. However, this issue was related to the design, not the product itself. The products were of high quality and easy to install."

The installation process was straightforward, and the instructions were simple to follow. Since the products arrived pre-finished from the factory, we were able to avoid additional work while still maintaining a high level of quality

The bundles of three simplify working at height

The packaging of the products received positive feedback from those on the construction site. The boards were delivered in large bundles that could be lifted directly onto the roof by crane. Each large package contained smaller bundles of three boards, which stayed securely together even after the main package was opened.
"The fact that the large bundles were made up of smaller bundles was a significant advantage. They were easy to open on the roof and use precisely when needed. The boards remained in good condition and did not fall apart, making handling easier and installation faster," says Toutain.
This packaging method proved to be very effective for mechanical lifting and working on the roof. The bundles of three facilitated better organization of the material, allowing for a controlled and efficient workflow.

“You can immediately see which part has been renovated. The appearance is high-quality and neat. We have until the end of June to complete the work, but I aim to be ready by the end of May. Work that is well-planned and done with high-quality products progresses quickly,” says site manager Toutain.
