The story of Siparila began decades ago in the small village of Siparila, where the passion for wood and its use in construction has been passed down for many generations. The inhabitants of Siparila, a village on the shores of Lake Valkjärvi, were skilled wood builders. This ability to bring out the best in wood has been passed down for generations up to the present day and is utilised in Siparila's wood products.
Wood is a unique material - soft and vibrant, yet strong and durable. These qualities make it versatile, and it is still used today both outdoors and indoors. As well as being practical, wood symbolises beauty. Its unique surface makes it possible to create stunningly beautiful entities - something that can only be achieved with wood.
The range includes MIDCOAT, BASECOAT and PURE cladding panels. Additional treatments available are fire protection (MIDCOAT) and thermal modifiaction (MIDCOAT, BASECOAT and PURE).
This pre-painted exterior cladding panel is the right choice when a protective paint finish is required for the façade until the final colour is decided and applied. MIDCOAT protects the building and forms a spectacular façade already during the construction phase.
BASECOAT is a primed exterior cladding panel. The primer protects the panel, but the final protection is obtained after it has been painted 1-2 times.
The PURE cladding panel has not undergone any industrial processing. PURE is particularly suitable for applications where material requirements are low - the panel can be delivered quickly and painting on site does not take an excessive amount of time.
The NORDIC range of products leaves the possibility to influence their final appearance - you can choose between surface treated or untreated products. The primed and surface treated products are an excellent solution for prefabricated houses, for example. Industrial painting provides the exterior cladding of a house under construction with sufficient protection against sun and moisture, while the final painting is done later.
The NORDIC range of products also features end jointing to speed up installation, reduce wastage and allow for easy extensions. In addition, depending on the product, the panel profile may also allow for concealed fixing to speed up installation.
